At HSM we understand that customers want to maintain their HSM machines in the best possible way and have complete cover in the event of any machine breakdowns. That's why we make it easy with our Fully Inclusive Breakdown cover contracts which include Pre-Planned Maintenance.
HSM Fully Inclusive Breakdown cover - Key Benefits
• Rapid 24-hour (Monday-Friday) maximum response times mean downtime is kept to a minimum – use the exclusive HSM Hotline number to call us 24/7. All parts and labour charges are included in the contract price. (Excludes misuse and abuse.)
• A Pre-Planned Maintenance visit each year made by one of our HSM technicians means you can be sure your machine is kept in the best possible condition. All parts and labour charges are included in the contract price however consumables such as oil, filters and other items renewed as a result of fair wear and tear will be charged for. (Excludes misuse and abuse.)
• Fix costs for the duration of the contract and be able to budget with no surprises.
Additional Options:
• Be sure your machine is safe to operate - as part of the Pre-Planned Maintenance visits our technicians will check and report on all aspects key to operator safety. Using an approved HSM checklist, during each visit our HSM technician will check, service and report as necessary on these key areas;
• General machine construction, integrity and working efficiency
• Safety systems including the Torsion Control System where fitted
• Hydraulic cylinders, rams, pumps and hoses
• Ejection devices
• Door lock mechanisms
• Electrical circuits and components
• Maintain the easy, efficient operation of your machine. A machine that is properly maintained will allow operators to work at maximum efficiency. This approach ensures customers are aware of any repair work before it becomes necessary or operator safety is jeopardised
• Let us take the responsibility of scheduling maintenance; technician visits will be planned with you at your convenience
Purchase options
• Buy a fixed term (usually three or five years) FIB contract either outright or as part of a lease rental agreement when you purchase your new HSM machine
• Buy a FIB contract for your existing machine

• A Pre-Planned Maintenance visit each year made by one of our HSM technicians means you can be sure your machine is kept in the best possible condition
• All labour charges are included in the contract price plus parts prices are discounted by 25 per cent
• Consumables such as oil, filters and other items renewed as a result of fair wear and tear will be charged for. (Excludes misuse and abuse.)
• Fix costs for the duration of the contract and be able to budget with no surprises
